Simply managing our problems does not set us free. We need to review and realign life to enable us to realise our potential.

Through life coaching I have helped many people do just this and take the journey from feeling unhappy and lost to rediscovering a sense of wellbeing and purpose.

I am a former Senior Probation Officer and Psychosocial Analysis of Offending Behaviour lecturer with over 20 years experience working with people struggling with a variety of complex issues. In addition to my work as a life coach I am the founder and director of a social enterprise, Metanoeo CIC, which trains and supports life coaches to transform communities. I'm also the creator of the unique free online wellbeing resource The Life Garage, designed to help you live your life well.
